POWER DISTRIBUTION INSTALLATION:
More than 40 years of experience in electrical installation of large industrial and commercial buildings. Strong relationships with general contractors and other trades to bring projects in under budget and on time.
FIRE ALARM INSTALLATION:
Experienced in working with stakeholders, local inspection authorities and fire alarm suppliers to modify existing systems to comply with new regulations or upgraded technology. Licensed and skilled in working closely with stakeholders to ensure compliance with all local codes and requirements.
LED LIGHTING RETROFITS :
Experienced in working with local utilities and lighting vendors to provide a cost effective, efficient conversion from traditional fluorescent lighting to the latest technology: LED Lighting. Consultation is made, product replacements are suggested with consideration given to existing lighting levels, required lighting levels, budget and schedule. Utility rebate paperwork is completed by our organization and the reimbursement is sent directly to the stakeholder.
PLC PROGRAMMING AND TROUBLE SHOOTING:

Specializing in short-term project support, we mobilize to assist users with local technical assistance once the OEM/Integrator move on. We specialize in troubleshooting recurring issues, modification of existing programs to enhance performance, and small program design to enhance existing systems. We have specialized experience in injection molding, but have supported automotive, food and chemical processes.

THERMOGRAPHY:
Maintaining your power distribution system in your facility not only increases your manufacturing efficiency, it complies with latest safety requirements. We provide services to evaluate potential weak points in your power distribution system through the use of thermography equipment. We survey your power distribution panels with thermal imaging equipment, identify potential areas operating outside of defined operating criteria, and advise mitigation to eliminate the issue. Typically done yearly, a report is produced for year-to-year comparison.
ARC FLASH ANALYSIS:
Services provided to analyze, evaluate and provide a complete arc flash analysis for your facility. Safety agencies are continuing to suggest manufactures provide information to employees regarding arc flash potentials in their facility and define mitigation programs where appropriate. Our team will compile current facility data, run this data through certified calculation software, and provide a complete analysis of the current state of the electrical system. Labeling can be provided to ensure compliance, and a proposal will be generated for items to be mitigated. Assistance will be provided to develop an ongoing procedure for capturing the dynamic changes to the electrical system over time, so upgrades can be captured cost effectively into the analysis for the future.
TRANSFORMER MAINTENANCE SERVICES:
Transformers are the heart of a power distribution system and their age is increasingly an area of concern for Facility Managers. BMS provides the expertise to capture fluid samples for evaluation, as well as retrofit installation kits for ease of future sample acquisition. We facilitate the analysis of transformer fluids and can educate and consult onsite for symptoms of concern. Reports of transformer condition are provided and mitigation techniques are identified.
HIGH VOLTAGE:
We have the capability of providing High Voltage installation services in conjunction with our design and build and plan and spec projects. Additionally, we have an emergency on-call team to provide 24/7 emergency service should an outage occur.
SECURITY/PRODUCTION CAMERA NETWORK AND INSTALLATION:
BMS has a data team that has a vast background in camera installation and networking. Technology has decreased the cost significantly for camera use in both security protection and production enhancement. We have experience with many manufacturers and can consult on the appropriate technology for the application.
CARD ACCESS SYSTEMS:
Personnel access to facilities has become both an issue in current building design as well as adding these systems to existing facilities. BMS is versed in most card access systems, and consults as well as installs systems for stakeholders.
